Return Policy
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We are committed to ensuring your product arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Please do not return damaged items. Once we review your evidence (photos/video), we will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund.
2. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, we can no longer cancel it. If the item has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process (see below) once the item arrives.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
- Note: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing/stolen. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location.

Because we offer free shipping and low prices, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you simply decided you no longer want the item. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE.
The address on your shipping label acts only as a fulfillment center and cannot process returns. If you send the package back to that address, it will be lost, and we will be unable to issue a refund.

6. Missing Packages
