Return Policy

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We are committed to ensuring your product arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Please do not return damaged items. Once we review your evidence (photos/video), we will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund.

2. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, we can no longer cancel it. If the item has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process (see below) once the item arrives.

3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Note: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing/stolen. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location.

4. General Returns (Change of Mind)

OPTION A (Strict - Best for protecting your profit margins):
Because we offer free shipping and low prices, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you simply decided you no longer want the item. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

OPTION B (Flexible - Best for customer trust, but you handle the logistics):
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Important: Return Address
PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE.
The address on your shipping label acts only as a fulfillment center and cannot process returns. If you send the package back to that address, it will be lost, and we will be unable to issue a refund.

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team works to get it ready for shipment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Because we source our products directly from manufacturers to give you the best price, shipping times may vary slightly.

  • Standard US Delivery: 7–14 business days after processing.

While most packages arrive sooner, please allow the full estimated time for your order to arrive.

5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the first scan.

6. Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors. If it is still missing after 3 business days of the delivered status, please contact our support team.
